Terms of Service

Welcome to Microstock Studio ("the Service", "the Platform"), accessible via https://microstock.studio.

Microstock Studio is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for microstock contributors, commercial photographers, and digital creators. It provides tools for cataloging images, generating digital assets via cloud AI engines, reviewing technical quality indicators, analyzing visual metadata through assisted Computer Vision, embedding standard EXIF/IPTC metadata, exporting structured packages (ZIP/CSV), and optionally distributing assets directly to compatible stock agencies.

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it updated.

Microstock Studio provides subscription plans organized across two specialized tracks:

• AI Creators Track: Free ($0/month), Pro Starter ($29/month), Pro Plus ($39/month), and Studio ($79/month).
• Camera Photography Track: Photo Starter ($14/month), Photo Pro ($24/month), and Photo Studio ($49/month).

Plan details, generation credit allowances, metadata analysis limits, storage allocations, and active project quotas are set forth on our official pricing page.

New users activating their first project without an active paid subscription receive a 14-day Reverse Trial:

• AI Creators Track: 180 total generation credits, 50 total metadata analyses, 3 active projects, 2 GB fast storage, and direct agency distribution enabled.
• Camera Photography Track: 0 generation credits, 50 total metadata analyses, 3 active projects, 2 GB fast storage, and direct agency distribution enabled.

Trial quotas are fixed for the entire duration and do not renew monthly. No credit card is required to begin the trial. When the 14-day trial period ends, the account automatically transitions to the Free plan without asset or project deletion.

Generation Credits are consumed when synthesizing images via cloud AI models. The credit cost reflects computational requirements as displayed in the generation interface.

Metadata Analyses are consumed when running AI-assisted keyword, title, and category generation. Unused credits or quota units do not roll over to subsequent months. Quotas reset at the start of each monthly billing cycle.

All paid subscriptions are billed strictly on a recurring monthly basis. Your subscription automatically renews each month on the recurring calendar date unless canceled prior to renewal. We do not offer annual commitments or multi-year contracts at launch.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Customer Portal accessible from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of the current prepaid monthly period. You retain access to your plan features until the end of that billing period, after which your account transitions to the Free plan with no data deletion.

While we strive for high service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% continuous uptime. We reserve the right to modify, update, or temporarily suspend features for maintenance, security enhancements, or regulatory compliance.

Microstock Studio does not claim ownership of generated visual outputs solely by virtue of providing software. However, Microstock Studio does not guarantee exclusive copyright, absolute protection, or commercial exclusivity for AI-generated works. Applicable rights and legal protection depend on local legislation, AI provider terms, and the specific circumstances of each creation. You are solely responsible for determining whether generated content meets legal and commercial requirements for submission to microstock agencies.

By uploading or generating content, you grant Microstock Studio a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license strictly to the extent necessary to store your files, process image transformations, analyze metadata with AI, perform automated safety reviews, and export or transmit assets at your direction. This license transfers no ownership and does not permit Microstock Studio to sell or commercialize your content outside your configured workflows.

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) at all times. You may not generate or upload child sexual exploitation material, non-consensual sexual content, deceptive deepfakes, fraudulent documents, hate speech, unlawful materials, or infringing intellectual property.

Microstock Studio utilizes reputable third-party providers for cloud infrastructure, object storage, AI models, authentication, and payment processing. Use of third-party dependent features is subject to the terms and policies of those respective providers.

Microstock Studio is an independent productivity platform and is not affiliated, endorsed, or partnered with Adobe Stock, Freepik, Shutterstock, or any other microstock agency. We do not guarantee asset acceptance, approval rates, sales, royalties, or visibility on third-party marketplaces. Each agency reviews submissions independently. You are responsible for model/property releases, editorial designations, and contributor policy compliance.

Paid subscriptions are intended to be processed through Dodo Payments, which acts as Merchant of Record for transactions processed through its platform, subject to formal account approval and activation. Dodo Payments handles billing, currency conversion, applicable sales taxes/VAT, and legal invoice issuance.

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. Because a 14-day Reverse Trial is provided to evaluate features prior to payment, subscription charges are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable statutory consumer law or in verified cases of duplicate billing or demonstrable technical billing errors.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, violate our Acceptable Use Policy, engage in fraudulent activity, or compromise platform security. You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material updates will be indicated by an updated Effective Date and Terms Version. If an update requires affirmative re-acceptance under applicable law or platform policy, you will be prompted to accept the revised terms before continuing material use of the Platform.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing digital services and consumer protection standards within the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
