Refund Policy
Conditions and procedure for reviewing refund requests.
1. Prior Evaluation via 14-Day Trial
Microstock Studio provides a 14-day Reverse Trial without requiring a credit card, allowing creators to thoroughly evaluate features before purchasing. Subscription charges are therefore generally final for the purchased monthly period.
2. Statutory Rights and Discretionary Review
This policy does not waive any statutory consumer guarantees under applicable law. In addition, we review refund requests in exceptional situations such as:
- Duplicate billing resulting from a technical error.
- Plan discrepancies caused by system failure.
- Extended material technical failure preventing access to paid functionality.
3. Procedure and Processing
To request a review, email hola@microstock.studio with your registered email and purchase receipt. Approved refunds are credited through the Merchant of Record to the original payment method.
