Acceptable Use Policy

It is strictly prohibited to use Microstock Studio to upload, generate, process, or distribute child sexual exploitation or abuse material (CSAM/CSAE) or any sexualized imagery of minors. Microstock Studio may suspend or terminate accounts and may report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities or service providers where required or appropriate under applicable law.

The Service may not be used for:

• Explicit sexual content or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Deceptive deepfakes or unauthorized impersonation of real individuals.
• Forged identity documents, passports, or fraudulent financial receipts.
• Privacy invasion, unlawful surveillance, or doxxing.
• Hate speech, violent extremism, or terrorist recruitment.
• Instructions facilitating weapons manufacture or serious criminal wrongdoing.
• Knowingly infringing copyrights or protected trademarks.

Microstock Studio employs automated safety filters and human review. Assets that fail moderation are blocked fail-closed from AI metadata analysis, export, and distribution. For moderation inquiries, contact hola@microstock.studio.
